Spicy Brussels Sprouts

This week, I want to share a couple of different side dishes to bring to the holiday table. Let's start with Brussels sprouts.


2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

1 Fresno chili, seeded and thinly sliced

1/2 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced

4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 400℉. Lightly spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, toss otgether all ingredients until well combined and sprouts are lightly coated. Arrange in a single layer on prepared pan.

Bake until lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes, turning once or twice during baking.
