The Rum Ramsey drink was invented at the Bon Ton Cafe. This may or may not be the exact recipe. If not, it is a great copycat.
1 3/4 ounce Rum
1/4 ounce Bourbon
1/4 ounce Lime Juice
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir 15-20 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
