Creole Mayonnaise

Everyone is putting their spin on mayonnaise these days. Here's a Cajun version that's a great addition to any sandwich.


3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon hot sauce

1 tablespoon Creole seasoning

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme.


In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
