1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup red currant jelly
Supremes of 6 to 8 oranges
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water and jelly. Bring to a boil and let boil 5 minutes. Pour syrup over supremes of oranges and let stand 10 minutes. Chill until very cold and serve alnoe, over pound cake, or with cookies.
