Blueberry Muffins

Updated: Feb 12

As most of you know, I am not big on baking. I will do the occasional dessert and my style of King Cakes in season. My wife received this weeks recipes from a friend of ours in Tennessee.

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted

1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 400℉.

Mix dry ingredients together. Make a well in the center. Add eggs, milk, butter, and blueberries, stirring just to moisten. Divide batter evenly among cup lined muffin tin.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a pick stick in the center comes out clean.

Enjoy!!!
